- 'George Burns' crashes Jack's variety show, which features two songs sung by Ann-Margret and juggler extraordinaire, Francis Brunn.
- Jack attempts to introduce his first guest when he is interrupted by George Burns who also has good things to say about Jack's guest star Ann Margaret (since George discovered her while watching a musical she played in at play at Northwestern University where she was a student). George and Jack do a couple bits about Jack looking like Ben Franklin and George wanting to do a "sand" dance. The young Ann (before changing her hair color to the flame red hue she is known for) sings a couple songs and talks with Jack. She mentions she is a sophomore at NWU. This may be the first TV appearance she made. The second part of the show features an acrobatic juggler Francis Brunn putting on a spectacular demonstration of skill. Jack joins the action dressed in the same outfit as the juggler and mimicking his moves. It appears Jack swallows the balls thrown to him and he trips and falls while jumping rope which causes him to cough up the last ball he swallowed.
