Steve Ramsay is a young man new in town. He runs a pet shop and is friendly with the local kids.
However one particular mother is not happy with Steve. She thinks that he inappropriately touched his son, Mark.
When the police pay close attention to Steve, he complains of harassment.
Inspector Chief Darblay has Steve arrested when Mark is injured, although the dispute between he and Steve seems to be an error in some printing of leaflets.
Juliet Bravo tackles a controversial subject of potential malicious rumours of abuse. The language is a bit raw on this one. Jeff Rawle gives a rather nervy yet cocky performance as Steve.
The episode again features Superintendent Albert Hallam who looks for any opportunity to undermine Darblay.
