During the final showdown with Michael, KITT and the pickup truck, the police officer on the back of the truck disappears in one shot and then in the next shot he reappears.
Michael uses the newly fitted spike wheels to climb the dusty dirt track. When the car slows down, the spikes are not visible on the wheels. Michael then retracts them and you see the spikes retract into a brand new wheel. There is no dust from the dusty track on it anywhere.
As the helicopter (a Sikorsky S-55) is starting up getting ready to take off, the tight shot of the rotor head is that of a different helicopter, probably a Bell JetRanger. The rotor mast is longer and has only two blades. The S-55 has three blades and a much shorter mast.
K.I.T.T. has an M72 rocket launcher aimed at him. K.I.T.T. says that he is targeted by a laser sight before it fires. The M72 rocket launcher is not equipped with a laser sight.
At the camp after the helicopter lands and the two men go to shoot at KITT with the rocket launchers the rocket launcher held by the man in the tan jacket on the right can been seen as an empty tube when he raises it to fire.
Two men fire three rockets at K.I.T.T. using M72 rocket launchers. Since an M72 rocket launcher only fires a single shot, and since there are no other rocket launchers in sight, they should only have been able to fire two.
When the dispatcher was calling the fire trucks, none of the fire trucks had the designations that the dispatcher called.
