As Michael and K.I.T.T. first drive into the town of Cactus (Courthouse Square, formerly Mockingbird Square, on the Universal back lot), the first building they pass on their left is clearly just a set facade and not a real building as it has very little depth.
After KITT parachutes out of the plane he lands in front of the Deep Sleep bunker. When he lands on the ground his left rear wheel snaps off even though he's supposed to be virtually indestructible.

In the shot of the boy's remote-controlled toy car flipping itself upright prior to flashing Morse Code with its headlights, the clear monofilament fishing line that was used by the camera crew to pull the car back onto its wheels is clearly visible in the glare of the movie-lights.
After guessing the password for the Deep Sleep computer, Bonnie enters it and gains access. Then K.I.T.T. says it will take 15 minutes to crack the code but they only have 9 minutes remaining, prompting Michael to embark on a ridiculous escapade to retrieve the key. But access has already been granted after guessing the code. This makes no sense.
