    Jonathan Rollins : It may not be intention, but that is the effect. Your Honor, we are now into the baseball season. My client's practices been disruptive as performances on the field has been effective. Mr. Hicks has been through four different attorneys. Each time, he gets a new one. He buys himself for another delay.

    Judge Paul Hansen : Mr. Rollins is absolutely right. Mr. Hamman, I'm not going to allow you to withdraw.
