- Parmalee sends each of the four Rangers one by one to evict a family from their home. A railroad has bought the property but the Rangers are distracted by the freewheeling family plus they learn there may be an unforeseen complication.
- A railroad asks Parmalee to evict the Willingham family from their family home for a new track. Parmalee sends Reese to evict them but he is soon wrapped up in the eccentric life style of the family after which he is injured. When Alcott Willingham who sold the property learns about Reese, he complains to Parmalee. Chad is sent to complete the job and determine what happened to Reese but falls into the same trap. More complaints result in Joe going next finding an old friend, Noble Savage there who is Vita's model pulling Joe into the fold. Colonel Willingham has decided he will no longer meet with Parmalee or the railroad. He explains to the three Rangers that his son had signed over all his rights to the ranch when the family provided money to pay off his gambling debts. However, Vita Rose and the others are absent minded and she cannot remember where she put the document Alcott signed. Erik's arrival pushes them to look for the paper but time is running out as the railroad decides to send in their henchmen to move the family and burn the house.—Anonymous
