- Compo: I were only saying good morning.
- Foggy: Stand still. Don't say anything. You're embarrassing the lady.
- Compo: It's embarrassing to say good morning?
- Foggy: Well, somehow it is when you do it, yes.
- Compo: Why is that, Norm?
- Clegg: I think it's because somehow you make this powerful first impression.
- Compo: [chuckles] I do. I'm great at first impressions!
- Foggy: I just wish that sometimes you'd do an impression of a normal human being.
- Compo: He's got his pension and a bit tucked away in a Eunuch's Trust.
- [Foggy and Clegg laugh]
- Foggy: Eunuch's Trust? Don't you mean a Unit Trust?
- Compo: That's what he said.
- Clegg: No, I like it. If I ever have any spare money, it's going to go straight into a Eunuch's Trust. I don't care how many thieves there are about; nobody's going to go poking around there.
- Compo: I'm like a Viking?
- Clegg: They were short, sturdy, terrifying, and repulsive.
- Compo: I am! Oh ho! I'm like a Viking!
- [laughs]
- Clegg: And, subconsciously, people recognize that.
- Foggy: He's just the sort that would have been left behind, isn't he? There's always some idiot who was too drunk to get the last bus home.
