The bar where the murder occurred is several times referred to verbally as "Strokers". But when Briscoe & Curtis are looking at the laptop in the car, the email they are reading refers to the bar as "Blotto's".
The NYPD Tech uses a yagi antenna to find "Phantom". The problem is that a yagi is a very directional antenna that must be pointed at the target signal in order to find it. In the scene in the car the tech is in the back seat and the antenna is pointed up at the roof of the car. It would have been impossible to receive, let alone home in on, any signal.

When Briscoe and Curtis visit the bikers' hangout, and all of the bikers come out to surround them, one of the sidewalk crew is briefly visible in the background wearing their radio gear.
