The title card indicates that McCoy and Carmichael are at the Israeli consulate on November 10th. When they leave and go outside the trees are green, the sun is shining and neither of the are wearing more than their suit jackets. In fact, the entire case and trial occurs throughout the winter months but the weather and foliage are that of summer, with many scenes taking place outside.
In the end credits Phyllis Bash is credited as "Judge Jensen", but the name plate on the judge's bench is "Hon. Taylor Jackson."
