- Two marina police officers come upon a perp on the pier. They shine a flashlight into his eyes, he spooks, dumps a duffle bag into the water and runs. While the police are chasing him, they trip over two victims near the marina, a night shift worker and a special agent of MFPCA, Manhattan's dog police. The perp on the pier turns out being deaf and the duffle bag was full of stolen items from the boats on the pier. One of the victims is decapitated and her hands were cut off. Evidence point to a child prodigy who has a penchant for torturing and killing animals. After finding a cooler with animal skulls, Harry the prodigy is brought in for questioning and signs point to a future serial killer.
