The team of Bebe Neuwirth and Amy Carlson have their work cut out for them in this Trial By Jury episode. They have to retry Gabriel Casseus for the murder of four people during a fast food joint holdup. It turns out that the FBI fingerprint technician faked fingerprint evidence for the original trial conducted by ADA Philip Casnoff. The rest of the case was circumstantial and the two holdup men wore masks. The second one died at the scene and Casseus was a former employee and did have a lengthy juvenile record.
