The Kansas Kid Is Going To Stay Incognito
hogwrassler5 January 2021
Tom Scott has been sentenced to hang for stagecoach robbery and murder. Tom claims that he saw the killing and that it was done by the infamous Kansas Kid. Nobody knows what The Kid looks like, but Tom say he can identify him. Unfortunately, he was found guilty at trial. The Ranger, Tonto, and an undercover secret service agent are after The Kid. But it's going to take a staged jailbreak and dangerous getaway to expose the outlaw, who says, "The Kansas Kid is going to stay into incognito." And even if they succeed, will they be in time to save Tom Scott from the hangman?

Even though John Hart was now playing The Ranger, the producers retained the original opening which features Clayton Moore riding and shooting across the plains. For some reason, they never reshot with John Hart. That was really a strange decision.

The Ranger hatches a good plan to home in on the Kansas Kid but bad guy van Cleef is too suspicious and almost unmasks the Ranger.

Early Lee Van Cleef
Johnny_West6 May 2024
He probably never looked young or even had a childhood. Lee Van Cleef was so mean he was probably mean even as a baby.

Here he is playing the Kansas Kid, with many notches on his gun belt, and a lot of brass too. He is ready to pull off the Lone Ranger's mask, and gun him also!

Kansas Kid is so mean that he is letting an innocent man hang for his crimes, unless the Lone Ranger and Tonto can clear Tom Scott. So they break him out of jail, to set up a trap for the Kansas Kid.

Into the mix is also veteran Western actor Douglas Kennedy, who is working undercover in the Kansas Kid's gang. Lots of action, and lots of Lee Van Cleef's cynical remarks too!
