Matt and Sarah Yancey operate the Pony Express relay station at Dry Creek, Kansas. They have been opening secret government correspondence and providing the information to Cheyenne Chief Yellow Eye. Matt hopes to buy a ranch with the gold that Yellow Eye pays them for the information. Yellow Eye uses the information to stay one jump ahead of the cavalry. The Ranger quickly figures out that the Yanceys may be the traitors. With help from Mr. Brown of the Pony Express and General Morgan of the cavalry, the Ranger prepares a trap to expose their treason. But the Yanceys are aware that they are under suspicion and lay an ambush of their own. Watch for the snow capped mountains in the background during the outdoor riding scenes. A good episode.
