It's been established over many past episodes that Doc's cabin adjoins his office. So if Doc's was one of the cabins flooded by the sprinkler mishap, then the doctor's office should have been flooded out as well. But no one -- least of all, Doc -- seems concerned that they are about to sail with the doctor's office out of service.
