When Radar hears the choppers Hawkeye and Trapper are in army uniforms. The footage of personnel rushing to get the wounded is reused from previous episodes and are included in the opening credits. In the overhead shot you can see both Hawkeye and Trapper wearing Hawaiian shirts.
During the fight in the mess hall, Trapper is clearly seen chasing after Hawkeye and Frank. But when the scene cuts back to the fight, Trapper is not there. He is then seen rushing to break up the fight again.
When Hawkeye is examining Pvt. Thompson in postop, Thompson's face and neck are drenched in sweat from his fever. But a few seconds later, after Trapper walks in and Hawkeye consults him, the shot cuts back to Pvt. Thompson, whose face is now completely dry. Even if it's assumed that one of the nurses dried Thompson's face during that interval, there really wasn't enough time to do it thoroughly.
As Radar sits down at the table during the fight, from the side his portion of potatoes is in tapered pile, when the camera shot swings to from the front his potatoes are in a flatter pile.
When Hawkeye does the second surgery on the wounded soldier, he tells assisting nurse Hot Lips that "shrapnel tore the back of the sigmoid colon'. He was operating on the lower right side of the abdomen however the sigmoid colon is in the lower left side of the abdomen.
When Hawkeye takes off his robe to get in the shower, the top of his shorts or bathing suit is visible.
During the opening poker game "Ugly John" is seen holding blue cards and the rest have red cards.
When Trapper tells Hawkeye the name of the movies for the night, he says "Bride of the Gorillo (gorilla), and Bonzo Goes to College ".
Bonzo Goes to College came out in 1952.
When Radar attempts to waken Lt. Col. Blake, Blake's reply is something to his wife, Mildred. His wife in the series is named Lorraine.
