- The Phoenix Foundation is disarming nuclear warheads under the supervision of Pete and MacGyver. Pete is told that a Minister is coming for some kind of peace talk, but one of Pete's people doesn't like it because he thinks the man is a despot. Pete tells his man that he needs to get passed that. But the man doesn't. He and some other people think they should take matters into their own hands when it comes to the Minister. But first they'll need to remove Pete, so at the next disarmament, they sabotage it and someone is killed. Pete feels responsible and steps down, and the guy takes his place. When the new guy makes some big changes, like removing Pete's people, MacGyver thinks something is going on and finds out the accident Pete blames himself for, was not an accident. MacGyver tells Nikki to keep an eye on the guy, while he goes to tell Pete what he learned. Pete still feels down about what's happened.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
