The actress who played Thomas Magnum's bride looked like Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction kind of, but yes, we get humorous moments as Magnum gets his team involved, the obligatory vehicle chase with the police at the end, and Higgins providing light humor towards the end that makes Higgins what he is.
It's hard to believe this episode was broadcast almost forty years ago, but it still stands the test of time. I haven't seen the reboot, but still.
