- Mr. Gill: [the pharmaceutical exchange is interrupted by armed men] Who are you? What is this?
- Renard: The shipment is being rerouted.
- Mr. Gill: Do you realize you've just attacked the United States?
- Renard: It is no match for La Famille.
- Mr. Lavender: La Famille, the French syndicate, every bit as ruthless as its Sicilian counterpart. La Famille controls organized crime in France and dominates the world heroin market. And they're the ones who hijacked our aid shipment.
- Casey Collins: Why? Isn't there a lot more money in heroin?
- Mr. Lavender: Not when the Cubans are paying you. They're spreading their influence in Africa and want to disrupt our aid program.
- Danny Doyle: Why don't we send in more? We'll just airlift it from the States.
- Mr. Lavender: There is no more Cholera-D serum. It's experimental. It takes months to produce. La Famille is so powerful, and time is so crucial. In four days the Cubans are picking up the serum to use for political blackmail.
- Danny Doyle: How are we gonna take on the French syndicate?
- Mr. Lavender: We're not. We're gonna make them take on each other. Now, for our civilian recruiting...
- Mr. Lavender: Roman Lasalle. He's the kind of "Godfather" of the French syndicate. He controls all the organized crime in the south of France and Marseilles. And he's the one who cut the deal with the Cubans to disrupt our aid.
- Danny Doyle: That's right, But Delon is only one of Lasalle's crime family. See, we gotta nail 'em all. We gotta put 'em all out of business.
- Casey Collins: And we're going to do that by making it seem that Delon has broken La Famille's sacred code: "Honor among the family."
- Mr. Lavender: And hopefully along the way he's gonna lead us to the serum.
- Mr. Lavender: Let me put it this way. We just wouldn't be here if this mission wasn't so vitally important. If we don't retrieve the Cholera-D vaccine, thousands of innocent, helpless people will just plain die. I want to thank you again. And welcome to Operation: Masquerade.
- Christine: [preparing to storm the bordello] Talk about stage fright! I've never had it before tonight. You think they'll buy my Happy Hooker act?
- Danny Doyle: Christine, the way you look, they'll buy anything you're wearing.
