When I first started watching this episode and saw the plot unfold, I thought it was a bit cliche. I mean, I guessed who the killer was close to the beginning. But as the story went on, it showed it had a lot more layers. I loved the whole psychological aspect between the mother and daughter. Not only did Julie Adams do beyond amazingly, as she always did, in this role as the obsessed-with-looks mother, but Cahterine Burns held her own as well. Very well-cast and well-written, keeping me on the edge of my seat and questioning the sanity and capabilities of the mother and daughter simultaneously until the very end. I even got chills at the closing shot. 10/10, well done!
