Terry is asked to evict some alleged squatters by a rather doddery old pal of Arthur's and his punk niece played with menace by eighties pop star Toyah Wilcox. The squatters turn out to be legitimate tenants while in the meantime Arthur sells Terrys flat from under him to a local ceramics dealer played by the man who played Arthur in ' on the buses' Terry had also snared a very posh girlfriend who gets him a job at a very posh nightclub she works at. Average episode with good fight scenes however the story is a weak one with no real end as we never find out what happened to posh Helen( she is never seen again) his girlfriend or indeed the 'squatters' once Terry has sorted out the muscle. One of the poorer episodes of series 2 although a good deal better than some of the episodes seen after series 5.

The one with Toyah Wilcox who as the time was a rising punk pop star. She also had a nice sideline in acting.

Toyah plays Kate the innocent looking niece of an old friend of Arthur. They have problems with squatters in one dilapidated property which the old man is hoping to convert into flats. Terry's job is to evict them.

When Terry gets there, he finds a young couple with a baby who claim they are paying rent to the niece.

Meanwhile, Terry is in danger of being homeless himself as Arthur is going to sell his flat under him to a mate in the plumbing business. With such loyalty shown by Arthur Daley, no wonder Terry is looking to move on with a permanent job at another nightclub.

There is a rough, tough exciting fight with a couple of goons hired by Kate. The plot makes little sense though regarding the rent paying squatters. Were they still there once Terry beat up the goons?
