When Monk and the others are in the science fair, Lyle Peck is seen to take a torch from under a beaker and then to use it to set a poster on fire. After this, he puts the torch back on the table next to the beaker, but in the next scene the torch is seen to be under the beaker again, not next to it.
When Monk is trying to use the fire extinguisher, the first thing he does is extend the nozzle before he pulls the pin. However, while he is trying to pace off the proper distance, the nozzle varies between folded and extended.
Mr. Monk hands the ruler to Julie Teeger. One shot later, the ruler can be seen on a nearby table - Julie had no time to place it there.

[35:55] Adrian is giving the Captain his synopsis of the crime, but they are searching everyone, including employees, leaving the building. They didn't yet know that the Moon rock had been stolen. And this was supposedly after the museum had closed.
When Monk tells Capt. Stottlemeyer about the moon rock's value, he says "It's the most valuable rock in the world, it's more valuable than any diamond. One half this size was sold in Japan for 2 million dollars". The world's 10 most valuable diamonds are worth from 23 million to 2 billion dollars.
