Justine is found out by Ted as to having worked for Richard Cross on the sly...after he expressly told her not to. She is summarily fired and with just cause in my opinion. One of the associates, Lisa, does not agree with this and uses it as a sort of litmus test with boyfriend Docknovich who supports Ted. He points out that Ted is their boss and she deserved firing and then says if she uses this as a loyalty test then she doesn't know him at all! Ho hum as I personally do not care one way or another if this couple succeeds.
Next we see Justine having drinks with the oily/creepy/scary Cross. He basically offers her some type of position (not exactly determined yet although manager of some Caribbean resort/casino is mentioned) and I think we have not seen the last of Justine.
For the few (if any) people who followed my previous reviews, I do believe the 'downward spiral' has been averted. Show has returned to being enjoyable again (some flaws but what show doesn't have some?) and I am glad for that, especially as I have to watch it to the end now.
