A miscalculation in voting gives Frank the Humboldt award, and as his narcissism takes over after thinking that he's one, he becomes the enemy of the FYI news station. A Frank Fontana doll is first hung then drowned, and thus the humiliation of having the award taken away from him after 10 nominations and not winning is even more disastrous to him than the previous losses. But Murphy has a little bit of a twist, having wanted to teach him a lesson, and it's very funny. It's a good episode for Joe Regalbuto it was so good in the world that he made it look extremely easy. Then there's Jim being upset that he was not asked to host the award show, even more upset that his Dan Quayle joke was stolen by the host, and Miles is upset by the fact that when Frank accepts the award, he gets his last name wrong. A very funny episode, well written and quite intelligent as it goes over time in making fun of narcissists.
