- Eldin Bernecky: [to Dr. Rudman] What kind of physics do you do?
- Murphy Brown: It's very complicated, Eldin.
- Victor Rudman: I study fractals.
- Eldin Bernecky: Oh, right. Self-similar, non-Euclidean geometrical objects which occur in nature.
- Murphy Brown: How did you know that, Eldin? *How*?
- Eldin Bernecky: I studied fractal art. You take a computer; you take a bunch of random numbers, and assign a fractal equation to each one. Then assign a color to each fractal, based on how far and how fast they move away from a central point on the grid.
- Victor Rudman: It's kind of complicated, Murphy.
- Murphy Brown: You know, the brain is a sex organ.
- Miles Silverberg: Yeah - I always look forward to the swimsuit issue of Scientific American.
