Kris Marshall is back as Nick in this stellar episode of the show, in which the lovable fool ends up playing Jesus in a play.
It's lovely to see him interacting with Robert Lindsay and Zoe Wannamaker, and this is up there, not only with the best episode of the series, but of the whole 11 year run.
We also get an amusing subplot involving Michael/Abi and a brief appearance from Janey, that also features Robert Lindsay's real life daughter.
This episode also marks the first appearance of Roger, and his brief scene is probably as funny as the character ever was.
A sparkling episode of the show overall.
