This isn't a favorite but it's a good episode from the Joel Era.

This was a film that was sadly at a time when Lon Chaney Jr's career was fizzling out which happened at a time when the horror market was changing. This film didn't really electro boast his carrier nor the horror film market and it's not hard to see why. The whole undead criminal idea wasn't bad, but the execution was poor, it's sort of like the film "Silent Rage" only difference is that film was good, this film sucks.

Anyway a few of my favorite moments is this scene where the police detective and this dancer girl they go out to a drive in and it's basically one long exposition as well as some unnecessary back story which isn't my idea of the perfect date. It's just funny how the bots are all falling asleep on that scene and all three are just wanting the scene to end, yeah that's how I felt having to sit though most of season 3 of "Lost" good gravy that was a bad one.

There is also another exposition scene with one woman at the scene, it's funny when servo kept telling the woman to blind as she literally hasn't blinked throughout that slightly long scene, it could be because of how it was edited. However, you can tell as she's looking out at the camera and reciting her lines, this girl is clearly reading off cue cards, which is why her deliver isn't completely convincing. Another on a police blockade which a couple cops unsuccessfully try to stop him as both have bad accuracy and just plain suck. Or even some of the business in the sewer hunt and climax. It's funny some of the things Joel, Servo and Crow say in those scenes.

There are even the kills which aren't much as it's simply Lonny just throwing the crooks off high places. Really like what Servo says about the first crook's death as he feels bad for a dummy that was thrown which you can clearly tell it was from how light the guy flown.

The host segments are solid ones is a small parade and Crow imitates actor Alan Thicke as the host, wonder if he saw this episode. Anyway, it's just funny as you see several of the miniatures pass by until one float comes Gypsy's way which is a giant pepper shaker, and you can easily guess what happens next.

Another when Joel is trying out the Lon Chaney close up look which happened a lot in the movie just to make Lon's character seem more menacing and scary, but of course this doesn't work with Joel as he's having trouble retaining the look as the robots as usual are goofing around all around him, that was really funny because it was audio play humor as we don't see the robots only hear what their saying which just feeds our imaginations making it all the more funny.

This episode is indestructibly funny.
