This continues the saga of the young man who started a fire where a homeless man was burned badly. In this episode, the mother is shot. There is a serial killer out there and young women are being killed the same way. It leads to different people being brought in but the killings continue. As an addendum, Connie has been ill and goes to the doctor. You can probably guess.
