A guy named Ray Kahlins comes into the precinct. He's one of those guys who spends his life bragging about accomplishments (most of which are untrue). He and Andy have a history. His own men obviously can't stand him. There is a snitch named Hollie who has honor and works to get the killer of a little girl off the street. This Kahlins shoots his mouth off with dire consequences.

The show reaches higher levels with some guest stars. In this case, Giancarlo Esposito is a seasoned snitcher who steals from drug dealers. Esposito puts some life into an ambiguous character haunted by his own demons.
Overall the chapter retales the same old story of nobility and honor: they are do not belong to any institution nor legacy, they are earned by well doing.
