Syzmanski is back on the scene when a cousin is run over by a driver (who is faultless). There is a threat to the guy who was driving, even though the cousin was drunk and came from between two cars. Also, a police captain's wife is in the hospital after a knife attack which becomes suspicious. Medavoy sets up a date between Baldwin and the counselor. Andy has to explain his romantic encounter to Theo.
