Hatcher is the new villain. He is obviously falling off the trolley. He is incredibly violent toward suspects. He blames his impulsiveness on the death of his wife in a car bombing, but there are some suspicious circumstances. In a second case, a man living in a run down apartment building is killed when a bullet comes through his wall. Gibson continues to be incredibly inept.
