The cops do good work and manage to get what they want, only to be circumvented by the FBI. In the whole scope of things, they pretty much let bodies lie in their wake. Diane uses Jill as a sounding board and has a serious talk with Danny. She also meets a couple really important people. James has a prank pulled on him. And Sylvia finds herself in a lose/lose situation.
