When a big guy in the organized crime business gets whacked the cops are forced to find out who killed him. The FBI shows up in the from of timid guy, last name Francis. When they all try to bug a bar, great stuff happens including some impromptu action. In the second plot line, Donna's hairdresser finds herself in danger when a guy she went out with gets out of jail. Andy Junior is being trained by his old man as he heads off to the police academy.
