In the football game at Yankee Stadium, stock footage shows players wearing open-face helmets, that is, without face masks, a style that largely vanished in the mid-1950s. Other footage, apparently recorded for this episode, shows players wearing single-bar face masks, which were in wide use in the early 1960s.
This show uses footage of an actual football game in which all of the players' helmets are open-faced without any face guard bars. However, the filmed closeup sequences done by the crew display one face guard bar on each of the helmets.
Sandy Dennis is given an introducing credit even though she already had several movie and TV credits at the time.
