When Fran finds out that Maxwell has put her in his will as guardian of his children in case anything happens to him, she goes ballistic, thinking that he has a heart condition. The arrival of a new investor who once worked for Maxwell's rival Andrew Lloyd Webber creates a situation when Fran, determined to get all the fattening foods off of Maxwell's plate, places are gone to his, causing him to have a gastro intestinal attack, getting Fran in more trouble. Meanwhile, Brighton finds one of Gracie's friends is obsessed with him, following him everywhere in the house. It's only a moderately funny episode, highlighted by two scenes where Grace's friend envisions brighten in a motorcycle outfit and brighten later envisions one of Maggie's friends in a Sports Illustrated type bathing suit pose. Other than that, it's rather morbid although the scene at the dinner table with Fran doing her best to keep Maxwell from getting the fatty foods and Niles placing food from the floor on C.C'.s plate are very funny.
