C. C. is holding a lemon wedge, while talking to Fran. Quick camera cut while their conversation continues flowing without indication of any "passage of time"; as a waitress enters screen left, C.C.'s hands are then in different position, the lemon wedge has disappeared.
At the sushi restaurant, while Fran and C.C. talk at the bar, the Japanese waitress in the background has just exited screen right, after checking on the couple dining behind the stars. The very next frame, the waitress enters screen left and repeats the talking to that couple. But---having just exited screen right---she could not possibly have entered screen left that rapidly.
While at the restaurant with C.C., Fran is rubbing her chopsticks together. When the shot changes to another angle, she is holding them together, no longer rubbing them.
When the audio has Fran saying "I most certainly did not", the visual does not match the word "did".
