A man is killed inside a Theatre, as it's predomenantly used by people of colour, Kingdom believes it was a racially motivated murder.
I did wince a little when I read the synopsis for this one, and despite some of the obviously dubious content, I didn't think this was a particularly good watch.
The story was a little muddled, and all it seemed to do, was fuel the fire between Kingdom and Ward once again, the latter came across so very badly, with the former of course able to take the higher ground, as indeed be has done in every single episode so far, I wish they'd balanced the pair a little bit better.
On the plus side, it's trying to show racism for what it is, contemptuous and deplorable, and that aspect of the story I applaud, even if some of the characterisations are a little....outdated.
Rudolph Walker and Ian Gelder both do a good job, it's not exactly the greatest script either get to work with.
6/10.
