I found this to be a throwaway episode. The funny thing is that George finds a rock that he thinks 's looks like a duck. In order for the town to recognize his find, however, two people must agree that it does, indeed, look like a duck. Chester and Jim and Harley can't agree. Dick thinks it looks like a rock. Meanwhile, Michael is all excited about an interview he has with a major network exec for a producer's job. He makes an ass of himself, but gets a chance to do a quality show in order to get the job. But the guy doesn't live in a world where ideas are important. Dick takes on a heroic pose here which is nice, but the episode is kind of dull.

Michael gets a interview for a job with a big network.
A funny episode for Michael who wants be able to use buzz words and suck up to network honchos. However, he is surprised to find that the network guy wants quality sophisticated programs and not the the exploitative schlock Michael likes. Also going on in this episode is George finding a rock formation he thinks looks like a duck but no one in the town agrees with him. Funniest scene is when Dick tries to explain about quality TV in the 1970s and mentions All In The Family, MASH, Mary Tyler Moore and Carol Burnett. Michael then says "What about that one about the shrink who stutters?"
