All the blame, and none of the pleasure.

Blakey has fallen for canteen worker Molly, so much so that he plans for marry her, and leave the job.

It's got a few laughs, but ultimately wasn't an episode I was crazy about. It was never going to end well for poor old Blakey, and it's an episode where Stan and Jack came across as a couple of snakes. There were a couple of laughs how we, the expressions of the family when they discovered about Molly's earrings, that was funny.

I felt that they could have perhaps developed this story over a few episodes, by developing the new Inspector, he could have made life very difficult for the pair.

Gaye Brown put in a good shift as Molly, she was pretty funny, again it's a shame that she didn't appear in a couple of episodes.

Decent, 6/10.

The Inspector In Love?

Warning: Spoilers
If I'm not getting this episode confused with "Canteen Trouble", then this must be the one where the Inspector falls for the new canteen girl.

She's a bit of a tart tho, says she is going to cheat on ol' Blakey.

Stan and Jack kind of debate letting Blakey know what she is like.

In the end, he finds out.

Actually a bit of a funny situation, mildly amusing, no harm done, with Jack having the girl up in his room and Mum, ARthur and Olive all come home.

Real cute goings on.

"She always take her earrings off when she goes to the loo?"
