The themes portrayed in this episode are true to high school life. The situation Parker is put in where he can fool around with an older girl while Annie is away is one that is omni-present in high school. Parker could probably get away with it, but would it be worth it or would guilt eat him alive? I like Corin Nemec and the ways he portrays the feelings that Parker would feel in the situations given. It seems whenever Billy Jayne (Mikey Randall) deals with odd love situations the emotion is just cheesy and not realistic. Perhaps it's just the way his character is written in those episodes, but regardless it seems Corin's emotions are more genuine. Aside from the plot one great thing about PLCL was the guest appearances. Michael Dorn pops into the swap meet where Jerry was arguing the authenticity of a model of the Starship Enterprise he had for sale. Michael Dorn was the actor who played Worf in the Star Trek series. :P
