Stuart Margolin as Snake
kevinolzak5 March 2014
"A Penny for His Thoughts" brings back Stuart Margolin, previously seen in "Go Directly to Jail," here replacing Rob Reiner as the biker Snake, whose proposal to his girl Penny (Judie Stein) is rejected (must be the earring). Even dressing up in a tuxedo fails to bring the desired effect. Penny finally gives in, with the wedding taking place at the Partridge home, his parents (Bryan O'Byrne and Helen Kleeb) wondering what kind of people their baby is running around with! Back from "A Man Called Snake" is fellow biker Henry Olek, later seen in "Two for the Show." The featured song is "Love Must Be the Answer," composed by Wes Farrell, Johnny Cymbal, and Peggy Klinger, from the LP NOTEBOOK.
