There is one thing that has always puzzled me about this episode. While Perry is sitting in a cafe during a break between courtroom sessions, the instrumental tune "A Walk in the Black Forest" is playing in the background. But this can't be. The episode is from 1962, but that song wasn't written & released (by Horst Jankowski) until 1965. Could it have been added later in reruns for some reason ?
