Tony Musante plays Joe Basic (Tony Musante), a Serbian-American policeman. He's called in on a case because of his ethnic heritage because someone appears to be gunning for Serbians! The key to all this is a secret that Joe's father (Harold Gould) is hiding. Why? What is that secret and why is a killer now looking for yet another Serb? Oddly, this secret dates all the way back to WWII....so see the show if you want to learn this secret. Considering all the bloodshed in Serbia in the 1990s, you might think this secret has something to do with religion...but it doesn't.
Overall this is a decent episode...not at all among the better ones but, like all shows in the series, well worth seeing. Why didn't I score this one a bit higher? Well, unlike most episodes this one seemed a bit more Hollywood and lacked the realism of the best of them.
