Drugs. And kids. High school kids. It's a bad scene. A really bad scene. We should do something about it, right? This is a job for Police Woman! We'll send her undercover at a high school and she'll pretend to be a P. E. Teacher and a Sex Ed Teacher. Okay, that's cool. Let's do it.
So Pepper goes undercover at a suburban high school. And another police woman, a young black woman, goes undercover as a high school student. They both scope out the scene. Things go bad as you might expect. Really bad.
Smokey Robinson is in this episode and it's fun to see him play an ex-star athlete who had bad knees and ended up hooked on drugs and selling drugs. Very good performance by Smokey. By coincidence, there was a promo on TV today for a musical performance by Smokey at a local casino. He's still going strong.
William Shatner is in this episode. He plays a teacher at the high school who is involved with making the drugs. Shatner gives a very low-key performance which is appropriate for the character. So very good job by him as well.
I enjoyed this episode. I gave it an "8".
