Three Interesting Cases
Hitchcoc19 June 2022
First of all, we have a doctor being sued because his patient died after a relatively minor surgery. She developed an infection but we find out all the processes that go on when a patient dies. The second is Rebecca's baby. She is defending an extremely violent young black man with a long record. He is charged with firing at some police officers. He needs to be chained and gagged in the courtroom. The third is the young guy who got his father off for murdering his mother by perjuring himself. Helen is determined to sustain her charges and Ellenor continues to defend him. The results are quite interesting.

You're welcome

Warning: Spoilers
Rebecca: Man that judge Wackheim needs a wack in the head. Sad that guy just got up and walked off without so much as a thank you. Poor Rebecca.

Bobby: I like that they're taking on more civil cases on behalf of victims of malpractice etc. But I found this one pretty boring.

Helen/Ellenor: I was not expecting 20 years for perjury. I didn't even know that was a possible outcome. Helen needs a vacation.

Helen is screechy

I like this series, and am watching it about 20 years after it aired. But Helen's court room voice is like fingernails on a chalk board. it's just screechy and whiny and literally makes me wince.

Like most of these types of dramas, there is too much adult squabbling and over drama, but overall it's a good drama
