This is the third episode that focuses on a young man who is to be executed. It is about as hail Mary as one can get. Ellenor has been called to Philadelphia to try to get a DNA test done. For whatever reason, she faces roadblocks all along the way. The bottom line is these people would rather allow an innocent man to die than look bad. The kicker here is that in order for the courts to allow such a test they now must prove his innocence. The sample was lost and they must start by hunting it down. Of course, having it in their possession doesn't appease anyone. This is a wonderfully crafted legal piece that keeps us on the edge of our seats.
