A guy who seemed gentle and kind is again cast as the heavy in this episode. He is a pediatric leader who misdiagnosis a situation. It's an interesting story of a shaken baby where the father is the likeliest candidate. The doctor never considered alternate possibilities. Meanwhile, Ellenor has a reconnection with the lawyer who dissed her. This was rather touching.
