brilliant!

Warning: Spoilers
This episode is a brilliant example of "the practice" at it's best. the chemistry between Helen gamble and ken Walsh against Donnell young dole and frutt is very tense which adds to the excitement of the episode. this episode includes Kenneth Walsh saying one of the best lines ever said in my opinion "of thee i sing" this episode really portrays how much the defendants get away with, and what they can get away with if there is a slight mistake on the prosecution side of things. i found this episode extremely realistic. this episode also develops the relationship between Helen gamble and Kenneth Walsh, this shows that Helen actually admires ken for what he used to be. i would recommend this episode to anyone who likes the practice.

hope it was helpful

Excellent Gamesmanship

We realize here how much the defense has to produce to get a conviction. However, this one may be valid in that if they knew the man stepped toward Lindsay they could have used self defense as a strategy. They were denied this. There are great moments and great speeches. Walsh is ready to burst and Helen tries to reign him in. His meeting with the press after the trial is one for the ages. As I've said in previous reviews, it should never have been first degree murder in the first place.
