During No 6's exercise routine (which uses much of the same footage as the one in "It's Your Funeral"), he can be seen using a high bar, swing rope and punch bag. However, on the reverse shot of him using the punch bag, the high bar has disappeared.
When Number Six is swinging on the horizontal bar at the beginning of the episode, gloves appear and disappear from his hands.
Number Six's hair is mussed and has fallen down over his forehead when he's in his apartment and declared an unmutual. Before and after his apartment visit, his hair is neatly coiffed.
In the (brief) long distance shots of No 2 (John Sharp) and No 6 "confessing", they are both clearly played by doubles. John Sharp's double is slimmer, and has more hair than he does. The same double can be seen being chased up the street in the location work.
When No 6 is dragged to a hospital by a mob, the shots from inside the hospital through the door are clearly studio shots, and at one point a cyclist casts a shadow on the painted backdrop (which is supposed to be a gravel drive).
When #6 is looking at the article in the Tally Ho about him being unmutual, the wording of the article has nothing to do with it. Among what is seen is something about a Paris fashion show and book sales.
As the Butler (Angelo Muscat) walks around the path by the council building, with his umbrella, he casts a shadow on what is clearly a backdrop, rather than location work.
The "high voltage condensers" in the treatment machine are not connected to anything. The bare terminals are visible, These are actually common electrolytic capacitors of the type used in high fidelity equipment.
When Number 6 is hypnotizing Number 86 with a watch, the shadow of the camera can be seen on Number 6's arm as it moves in for a close-up of Number 86.
No. 6 is walking along a path after leaving a meeting with The Council. He comes across another inmate and says, "Beautiful day, Number 61." The
inmate, a woman, ignores him and moves on. No. 6 continues walking up the path, and a few seconds later, you can see a white four-door British sedan pass by the gate at the top of screen, directly in line with the end of the path. This was a tourist passing through, no doubt: all the vehicles in The Village are Mini Moke taxis.
The same tree, with ropey vines/ivy on it, can be seen in what are supposedly at least three separate locations - out by the cliffs, when No 6 sees the gaggle of geese; when No 6 is picked up by hospital staff for his "medical", just after the social group; and also when he happens upon No 42 collecting primroses for No 2.
When Number Six pours his tea into a plant, the bottom of the teacup shows "Portmeirion Pottery". Portmeirion is the main filming location for the Prisoner as the Village. However, the Village is not meant to be Portmeirion.
From the time #2 left #6's residence, to the time he is seen sitting in his chair in the #2 dome, not enough time has passed for him to get there.
