- George Cowley: [straight-faced] He means... nobody will hear your screams.
- George Cowley: [to Doyle] OK, get on with it.
- Ferris: What's he doing?
- George Cowley: Filling a bath... or, at least, half-filling it: we don't want to make a mess.
- [Doyle picks up the telephone]
- Doyle: Send Sparks down with his box of tricks.
- Ferris: [terrified] What are you going to do?
