Candid camera/con shows don't usually merit a review, since the final product is a completely wild card, depending on the "victim's" reactions. There's very little more boring things to watch than footage that is supposed to elicit laughs, but fails to provide anything that would make the audience laugh. Not so with this one.

Being somewhat familiar with Eliza's personality based on her interviews and talk show appearances, I predicted that Eliza would offer us a nice temper tantrum when the truth was revealed, and she sure does. Did you now she's a self-confessed nerd? In *that* body? Every fanboy's dream... But the main attraction here is the sweet, family-friendly 18-year old (at the time) America's sweetheart Mandy Moore cursing like a lumberjack when she buys the prank hook, line and sinker. There goes her public image... Also, when Oscar De La Hoya reveals his face, the panic on his opponent is just frakkin' hilarious. "He's hitting *himself*! Imagine what he will do to *me*?" Priceless.

All in all, a solid episode, although I would not bet on this becoming a milestone in TV history ;) 7/10.
